Our Production Department is equipped with the following Equipments:

  • High tech wax injection presses.

  • State of art shelling area having environment control with respect to temperature & humidity

  • Autoclaves for dewaxing

  • Melting shop is equipped with medium frequency Induction furnaces of 250 KW, with varying crucibles of 25kg, 150kg & 300kg (3 nos of crucible).

  • Heat treatment shop is equipped with gas fired and electrically heated furnaces, maximum temperature we are attending is 1250 Deg Cent.. All heat treatment furnaces are monitored by SCADA base software to know real trends of different zone for individual furnace.

Process Better engineering by Investment Casting

  • We believe that wax patter quality is mirror of finish casting quality.

  • We are using Pattern wax, and soluble wax for Accurate Pattern Making.

  • We have assembly Design to produce best yield with best quality.

  • We have semi Automatic Wax Injection Press with Vertical injection, fully automatic wax injection press with vertical & horizontal injection and Runner bar extrusion press.

  • Fully pattern inspection ensures most preciseness in castings.

Ceramic Shelling & Drying

we are using fused silica, Zircon sand, colloidal silica (water based) binder for different applications.

We have temperature Controlled and humidity controlled Drying room with Dehumidifiers.

Melting

Our melting department is equipped with Electrotherm make induction furnace with 25 Kgs , 150 Kgs and 300 kgs crucibles and temperature controlled Shell Baking furnace.

We are using standard and best quality scrape to ensure best metallurgy of casting products.

Fettling

Our fettling department is equipped with Machines for Shot Blasting, Abrasive cutting , Belt grinding, Welding and other machinery.

We have temperature Controlled and humidity controlled Drying room with Dehumidifiers.

Heat Treatment

Heat treatments are used to control hardness, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and surface treatments. Heat treatment processes are being done as per customer requirements.

We are using standard and best quality scrape to ensure best metallurgy of casting products.

Final Inspection

We are doing fully visual inspection followed by dimensional inspection. If customer requirement of Radiography and other NDT then we can provide.

Value Added Service

We can carry various tests like Pressure testing, Non Destructive Testing (DP and Radiography), IGCT, and Impact testing, etc. through in house facility or out side contract laboratories.

We can also do process like Glass Bead Blasting, Vibro-finishing, Buffing, Electro Polishing, Passivation etc. on customer demand.

The Investment Castings Process is Capable of Producing

  • Castings in a weight range of 5 grams to 100 Kgs.

  • Castings in a shape & size range of 600 X 500 X 400 mm [Max] & 25x10x5 mm [Min].

  • Thin walled castings as low as 2 mm.

  • Supplied over 2500 types of different near net shaped parts to almost every conceivable engineering application in over 225 different alloys to a host of different industries.

  • A wide range of batch quantities, i.e. less than 50 pcs. in case of large piece weight castings or over a million pieces a year for automotive applications.
